Markets always change. It’s all about the inventory of homes that are on the market. If there are few homes listed.…then it’s a sellers’ market. If there are many homes on the market in your neighborhood…then it’s buyers’ market. It is always the economic principle of supply & demand. I will carefully analyze the data to determine the best strategies to obtain your real estate goals.

How Do I Coordinate If I’m Looking to Sell My Home and Buy Another Home?

In this case, you need to work with an expert Realtor to facilitate the transaction. Most people are not qualified or don’t have the finances to pay two mortgages.
