Same principle applies to the largest asset that you own…your home. Use the best of the best! An experienced Broker will recommend the correct asking price to net you the most money for your home. I will guide you through the complicated paperwork involved, from the initial agreement to the closing documents.

Here are the factors to keep in mind when looking for a listing Agent/Broker:

Education:

The most important factor in choosing a real estate professional is their education in the real estate industry. Not many people know the difference between an Agent and a Broker. Agents can work their way up to becoming a Broker once they have enough sales under their belt and are able to pass the licensing exam. Brokers have more experience and more education, compared to Agents.

Experience and Expertise:

You want a full-time Broker who is familiar with your area and has an expert understanding of the current market conditions. Will that Broker hire a professional photographer and have floor plans drawn up…to better market your home and put more money in your pocket? If you hire me…the answers are yes!

Availability and Commitment:

Real estate is a full-time job for me. Sometimes, I’m negotiating offers past 8:00 in the evening. After all showings, I request feedback from the showing agent and report to you what the buyers are saying about your home. I will be there with you throughout the whole process…from Listing until Closing, and beyond!

Rapport:

It is important to get along with your Broker. You will be on the phone with them constantly until you get to the closing table… so you need to be able to work together as a team. Trust & communication is a must.
